Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by engaging with clients and supporting the sales process. Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with law firms interested in expanding their business to explore partnership opportunities.

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client objectives, challenges, and business needs.

• Create and deliver customized presentations and sales pitches that align with client-specific requirements.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.

• Cultivate and manage leads through ongoing communication and relationship-building efforts.

• Assist in preparing proposals, drafting contracts, and supporting the onboarding of new clients.

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and satisfaction. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.

+ Experience working in the legal industry as a legal clerk, legal receptionist, etc. is a HUGE plus!

• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client data and interactions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle data processing tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

• Experience in preparing proposals and contracts is a plus.

• Familiarity with answering inbound calls and addressing client inquiries effectively.
