Description

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. If you have a strong background in email marketing and a passion for data-driven strategies, we want to hear from you. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly preferred. Must be commutable to the client location 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage audiences and meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design visually appealing and effective email templates.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve future strategies.

• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage and execute email campaigns.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and inform data-driven decisions.

• Ensure email campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.

• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing efforts.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email campaign execution.

Requirements • Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign creation and performance analysis.

• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.

• Strong understanding of email design principles and user engagement techniques.

• Experience conducting A/B testing to drive campaign optimization.

• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.

• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for campaign improvements.

• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
