Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and oversee complex IT projects. This long-term contract position is based in League City, Texas, and requires someone who can drive strategic planning, manage resources, and ensure project goals align with business objectives. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale IT application development projects, ensuring they meet scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Coordinate and facilitate discussions to build consensus among stakeholders, including analysts, programmers, and clients.

• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial plans and goals.

• Oversee system development and implementation, adhering to prescribed methodologies and standards.

• Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira to track progress and manage workflows effectively.

• Apply principles of Agile Scrum to drive efficient project execution and team collaboration.

• Manage change processes to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.

• Collaborate on CRM and ERP system-related projects to enhance organizational efficiency.

• Leverage expertise in cloud and Cisco technologies to support project infrastructure needs. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.

• Minimum of five years of experience managing complex IT projects.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and budget management processes.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, Cisco systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).

• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

• Expertise in CRM systems and change management practices.
