Description

Our client, named to FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, is hiring a Business Analyst II to join their ATI Salesforce Competency Center.

In this role, you’ll act as a business consultant, a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams, and a strategic problem-solver helping shape high-level solutions across the organization. You will capture the current state of the business, document as-is processes, design solutions, and support the evolution to future state operations — all aligned to enterprise goals.

What You’ll Do

+ Serve as a key translator between business needs and technical teams, shaping scalable Salesforce solutions.

+ Gather, document, and refine business requirements for complex, multi-functional initiatives.

+ Work with stakeholders to understand current challenges, define business processes, and identify improvement opportunities.

+ Document current state (as-is), partner in building solution designs, and define the future state journey.

+ Support Robert Half’s multi-year transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, including front office modernization and preparation for agent force/digital labor initiatives.

+ Use usability frameworks and tools to present user journeys and process maps.

+ Maintain functional knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and assist with solution alignment.

+ Collaborate on process automation and business transformation projects.

+ Use data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL for analysis and insights.

+ Build strong cross-functional relationships, facilitating alignment and maintaining high service levels.

Requirements

+ AA degree, certification, or equivalent business experience.

+ 2+ years’ experience in a business functional area and 3+ years working with business applications.

+ Complete understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

+ Strong ability to document business requirements, fit/gap analyses, and future-state workflows.

+ Proven communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize, solve problems, and execute project tasks with minimal oversight.

+ Experience with enterprise systems and a working knowledge of Salesforce.

+ Experience creating test plans, process flow diagrams, and training documentation.

+ Functional understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including mapping features to business needs.

+ SQL and reporting/query skills preferred.

Nice to Have

+ Salesforce Certifications (Platform App Builder, Admin, or Business Analyst).

+ Experience supporting large-scale platform transitions, especially Salesforce Classic to Lightning.

+ Exposure to digital transformation projects including front-office and AI-driven automation initiatives.
