    Description

    We're looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst who brings together strong analytical capabilities with a solid programming background. In this hybrid role, you'll serve as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams—translating business requirements into scalable, tech-driven solutions.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and document business and system requirements

    + Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements based on business needs and technical feasibility

    + Develop functional specifications and collaborate with developers during the design and implementation phases

    + Leverage your programming experience to support system integrations, data mapping, and ad-hoc troubleshooting

    + Create test plans, perform QA, and ensure successful deployment of solutions

    + Support system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning

    + Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

    + Hands-on experience with programming/scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)

    + Familiarity with systems integration, APIs, or ETL processes

    + Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    + Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred

    Nice to Have:

    + Experience in ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems

    + Background in data analytics or BI reporting tools

    + Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
