Director of Reimbursement Full-time - Cranberry Township, PA Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty. The Director of Reimbursement is responsible to the Chief Financial Officer for all reimbursement matters. Establishes and supervises all policies and procedures applicable to the reimbursement process which will insure the Company of a continuously sound financial structure. Qualifications Director of Reimbursement Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university. Five years experience in related field or 10 years' experience without Bachelor's degree required. Experience with project management and general ledger budgeting tools. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
