Job Description Summary

Perform a variety of tasks in the assembly process of the blade.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

+ follow the work instructions.

+ wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage.

+ Remove access tape and material from lightening cable inside the blade.

+ Apply zip ties to lightening cable according to work instructions to attach it to the web.

+ Take out stay bolts from the ring on the root of the blade.

+ Insert plugs into bushings around the root to avoid dust in the bushing.

+ Two individuals place donut inside the blade utilizing sika.

+ Use of hand tools/scraper to even out sika that is applied to the edge of the donut.

+ Maintain 5s Standards.

Required Qualifications

+ Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.

+ Ability to push/pull heavy objects and work with hands for an extended period.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.

+ Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.

+ Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

+ Requires wearing of respirator.

Desired Characteristics

+ High School Diploma/GED or related experience.

+ Previous Manufacturing experience.
