    Requirements:

    + 2 years dealership experience – preferred

    + Open to non-Dealership/Independent shop experience

    + Strong technical skills and diagnostic abilities

     

    The California flat pay range for this position is $17.00 – $65.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity.
