    Production Machine Operator – 1st Shift (Weekends)

    **Location:** Groveport, OH

    **Schedule:** Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

    **Pay:** $22/hr.

     

    Join a growing team in Groveport as a **Production Machine Operator** , where you’ll play a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of high-speed manufacturing equipment. We’re looking for skilled operators with mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-speed machines

    + Perform routine maintenance and assist in machine changeovers

    + Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical procedures

    + Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

    + Handle and prepare materials for production

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting

    + Strong mechanical skills and basic math proficiency

    + Experience with computer-operated machinery and technical procedures

    + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment

    + Must be punctual, team-oriented, and quality-driven

    + Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience required

    + Formal technical training is a plus

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
