We are seeking driven, relationship-focused individuals to join our team as a Commercial Relationship Manager in our Glens Falls, NY market. This position is ideal for professionals with a foundation in credit analysis, credit underwriting, and/or a portfolio management background, or a new commercial lender who is looking to advance their career.

About the position:
As a Commercial Relationship Manager , y ou’ll do more than manage loans—you’ll fuel economic opportunity and build long-term partnerships with entrepreneurs and business owners in our community. You’ll be responsible for managing commercial borrower/depositor relationships—including new loan requests, cash management and deposit services, and oversight of an assigned commercial loan portfolio. You’ll work closely with clients and internal partners to understand needs and deliver tailored financial solutions, while helping to drive the Company’s strategic goals. This position offers flexibility to be based in our Glens Falls, NY location.
Essential Job Functions:
> Build and grow commercial relationships through new business development, client referrals, and networking.
> Partner with internal credit teams to identify needs, structure financing, and propose solutions to foster business growth.
> Oversee an assigned loan portfolio, including collection and review of financial information to ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
> Collaborate with internal teams, department leads, and credit professionals to ensure timely and accurate execution of client needs.
> Participate in community outreach and events to identify new business opportunities and represent our Company locally.

Education/Certifications/Experience:
> Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, lending, or related field preferred.
> 4 years’ experience in commercial lending, loan portfolio management, credit analysis, or equivalent banking experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
> Proven ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
> Ability to network and build relationships with clients in the community.

The salary range for this position is $70,000- $100,000 annually commensurate with experience and education. Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s incentive programs, subject to individual and company performance.
