    Position:** **Project Manager

     

    Salary:** **$90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Project Manager** to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects supporting our organization’s research, development, and product implementation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and a passion for delivering results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Supervision:

    + Lead and mentor a team of project managers and analysts to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

    + Assign tasks based on team members’ strengths, experience, and availability; step in to support execution when needed.

    Project Management:

    + Drive the successful execution of interdepartmental projects from initiation through completion.

    + Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

    + Ensure safety and operational excellence across both field and office environments.

    + Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets, including preparation of pay applications.

    + Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies; escalate critical risks when necessary.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

    + Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

    + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    + Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

    + Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

    + Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and project-specific requirements.

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.

    + Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.

    + Project Management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or CAPM are highly preferred.

    Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

    + Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.

    + Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

    + Willingness to navigate uneven terrain at construction sites.

    + Work environments include office settings, outdoor locations, and active construction sites.
