Senior Autonomous Agent Developer - Phoenix, Job Description
We are actively hiring a Senior Autonomous Agent Developer to join our growing team for Semiconductor Manufacturing in Phoenix, AZ! As a Senior Autonomous Agent Developer, you will design and build autonomous agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and interacting with external systems. Your work will focus on developing systems that allow agents to autonomously carry out tasks, plan actions, and collaborate with other agents while ensuring their behavior is safe, reliable, and ethical. Utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies, you will extend the capabilities of language models through integration with APIs, tools, and external software environments. Responsibilities
+ Design and implement autonomous agent systems with a focus on behavior modeling, task execution, and collaboration.
+ Integrate language models with tools, APIs, and software environments to enhance agents' capabilities.
+ Develop agent memory systems, task tracking mechanisms, and goal-directed behaviors for autonomous action in dynamic environments.
+ Implement multi-agent systems to facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving.
+ Ensure agents' actions comply with ethical and safety constraints to minimize risks.
+ Test and evaluate agents in real-world scenarios, iterating on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
+ Research and experiment with emerging multi-agent frameworks to improve efficiency and capability.
Job Requirements
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
+ 5+ years of experience in Developing Autonomous Systems or Intelligent Agents.
+ Proficiency with Agent Architectures and Techniques, such as Task Planning and Agent Coordination.
+ Experience with Multi-Agent Systems, including Agent Communication and Task Distribution.
+ Deep understanding of language models and their integration with external APIs.
+ Strong Programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3-8 years in Integrate Language Models; Reinforcement Learning; Artificial Intelligence; and Design Machine learning.
+ Familiarity with AI safety and ethics to prevent unwanted behaviors in autonomous systems.
+ Familiarity with cognitive architectures or symbolic reasoning for agent systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
