SUMMARY The Foundations Analyst is responsible for the integrated use of data and technology for fundraising purposes. As a member of the Operations team, s/he continually looks for ways to improve operational processes that support the staff in driving increased donor engagement and philanthropic support to the system. The Foundations Analyst must work well in a team environment and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with various Rochester Regional Health constituents, both internal and external.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Identify opportunities for systems integration for improved data quality and reduced data entry. Assess and implement other technology-based solutions for fundraising.
+ Develop data protocols and insure adherence to organizational data use policies and procedures. Ensure that Foundation policy and procedure documentation is current.
+ Provide database support to Foundations leadership and staff, including report creation and data interpretation.
+ Develop processes to align and manage data connections and transfers between Raiser’s Edge and other systems including Qlik data hubs, Care Connect, Luminate, Research Point, ThankView, and Gratitude 2 Give.
+ Generate lists from Raiser’s Edge and manage data for emails, mailings, events, stewardship, and other Foundation needs.
+ Maintain accurate coding of appeals, communications and stewardship activity in the database.
+ Coordinate data automation projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the team.
+ Participate in user groups to maintain knowledge of best practices.
+ On behalf of RRH Foundation, ensure adherence to all HIPAA policies, and practices, as it relates to data management and reporting.
+ As a member of the Foundations team, provide support for events and other duties as assigned.
+ Manages the use of Raiser’s Edge, the system of record for the RRH Foundations.
+ Responsible for overall data integrity: structure, retrieval, policies and procedures, security practices within the Foundation, and data entry quality control.
+ Primary responsibility for the utility of the database, including records relating to biographical information and giving.
+ Works with Blackbaud to troubleshoot problems and stay current with updates to the system.
+ Manages vendor relationships to support database operations and create strategy for the use of data enrichment services.
+ Coordinates monthly pre-post report and general ledger posting for Finance in partnership with Gift Administration team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
+ Minimum of three years of experience in database or fundraising-related work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Experience with Blackbaud products (Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online, etc.) is preferred.
+ Highly analytical and data driven.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities at one time.
+ Desire to work within a team environment.
+ Must handle confidential materials with discretion.
+ Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and use of pivot tables) and database management.
+ Knowledge of or an ability to learn basic HTML.

$60,500.00 - $70,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
