Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements
Key Responsibilities

• You will set up and monitor the production of products in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.
Additional Job Duties
• Overtime hours will be required as needed to meet business demands. This can include weekends.
• Openings for day and night shift.
• Moderate degree of physical effort is required. Will be carrying objects weighing up to 35lbs occasionally throughout the day. Must have the ability to stand for up to 11 hours per. Other activities include walking, reaching and visually inspecting parts and using a floor jack.
Physical Requirements
This role involves a range of physical activities essential to the production process:
Lifting & Carrying
• Frequent lifting of 35 lbs.
• Constant lifting of 10 lbs.
• Occasional carrying of 28 lbs.
Repetitive Hand Use
• Constant bilateral hand use: 20–30 grasping/pinching efforts per minute.
• Tasks include: Pressing cotter pins, using pliers, handling small fasteners, and operating riveting tools.
Pushing & Pulling
• Pushing carts with 45 lbs of force at shoulder height (Expander workstation).
• Pulling totes with up to 43 lbs of force using walk-behind lifts.
Postural Demands
• Standing: Constant (up to 11 hours/day).
• Reaching: Frequent, including overhead (up to 68 inches) and forward (up to 30 inches).
• Crouching/Twisting: Occasional, especially during palletizing and transferring meters.
• Neck flexion: Frequent, especially during fine motor assembly tasks.
Environmental & Sensory Demands
• Fast-paced work: Cycle times as short as 10 seconds (356 cycles/hour).
• Exposure: Talc dust, heated air, and machine noise (hearing protection required).
• Sensory acuity: High tactile sensitivity and visual inspection required for quality control.
