Pay Rate: Hire $21.90, 6 Months $2247, 1 year $ 23.42 per hour
Job Responsibilities
1. Set up and adjustments of machines and equipment on Lines 9 and 20
2. Monitor performance of line throughout production to ensure best yield and quality are being met
3. Perform some preventative maintenance throughout retail
4. Help cover for vacations and break operators
5. Must maintain a high degree of safety awareness
Minimum Qualifications
***** Work in conjunction with the two other line attendants on the shift to provide 100 percent floor coverage 100 percent of the time
***** Credible in having an understanding of how to perform all the jobs in the area
***** Ensure all safety devices are functioning and operational
***** Perform, document, and maintain a file of yield checklists
***** Actively look for and identify yield opportunities
***** Perform preventative maintenance activities
***** Ability to do record keeping
***** Troubleshoot mechanical problems & provide feedback to operation supervisors and to maintenance mechanics
***** Understand all the jobs in the department
***** Understand all the jobs in the department
***** No performance work actions in the last 6 months
***** No attendance work actions in the last 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
***** Past mechanical experience
***** High school diploma or equivalent
