Information Technology Services Director

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Full-Time Information Technology Services Director. The IT Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and ensuring the execution of all of the information technology functions to meet the needs and goals of Sidney Health Center. Duties include supervising the information technology staff, responsibility of the daily activities of the department, overseeing upgrades, installations, conversions, and system maintenance as well as help desk administration. Job requirements include a 4 year bachelor degree in a related field or five years of related experience and/or training; healthcare background preferred.

The Position: Information Technology Services Director

Employment Status: Full-time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 80

Essential Job Functions:

+ Budgeting & Resource Allocation

+ Staff Management

+ Technology Assessment & Implementation

+ Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate IT staff

+ Oversee data governance

+ Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 4 year bachelor degree in a related field or five years of related experience and/or training

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking an Information Technology Director to join our I CARE team. Essential duties of the position include Technology implementation and networking design, database management and disaster recovery planning and testing.
