    Crouse’s Credit Union team is hiring a full time Member Services Representative.

     

    Pay Range: $19.00-$25.00/hourly

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

     

    Member Services Rep. Position Responsibilities:

     

    + Provides exceptional customer service to all Credit Union members.

    + Assures appropriate confidentiality concerning all Credit Union related matters.

    + Receives share drafts/checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines share drafts/checks for proper endorsement, and accurately enters deposits into computer records.

    + Processes withdrawals from accounts and/or share draft/check cashing, verifies amounts, and enters withdrawals into the system accurately.

    + Cashes share draft/checks from a variety of accounts upon proper verification according to credit union policies and procedures.

    + Places holds on accounts for uncollected funds.

    + Issues money orders, CDs and other credit union products.

    + Balances cash drawer at the end of the shift and compares totaled amount to computer-generated proof sheet. Researches and resolves discrepancies.

    + Cross-sell additional credit union services as applicable.

    + Helps to guide and assist other Member Representatives in the efficient handling of member needs.

    + Assists Loan Specialist as required.

     

    Member Services Rep. Position Requirements:

     

    + 1-3 years credit union/banking experience preferred.

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Course completion relating to Accounting and/or Data Entry preferred.

    + Experience with Microsoft products including Microsoft Word, Excel.

    + Secretarial and clerical experience in all aspects of office operation preferred.
