The Red Gate Group is seeking a Strategic Planner to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role will provide change management, business reform, strategy development, data analysis, and policy development support. The Senior Consultant will create and present deliverables for senior leaders, conduct gap analysis, develop implementation plans, and support business process reengineering efforts to transform the security cooperation enterprise.
Required Qualifications:
+ Five (5) years of experience working on change management, business reform, strategy, data analysis/data science or policy development projects
+ Must have past experience creating and presenting deliverables for senior leaders
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, International Affairs, International Relations, or a related discipline
+ Active Secret Clearance
+ Must be a U.S. citizen
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience with DoD or federal government operations
+ Knowledge of security cooperation programs and processes
+ Experience with business process mapping and documentation
+ Advanced analytical and data visualization skills
+ Experience supporting strategic planning initiatives
