The Red Gate Group is seeking a Mid-Level Security Cooperation Analyst to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role will assist with business process design, data analysis, gap identification, and implementation support for security cooperation transformation initiatives. The consultant will support the development of standard operating procedures, training materials, and provide analytical support for strategic planning efforts.
Required Qualifications:
+ Three (3) years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related field
+ Strong research and analytical skills
+ Experience with document development and process improvement
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, International Affairs, or related discipline
+ Active Secret Clearance
+ Must be a U.S. citizen
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience with federal government operations or defense programs
+ Knowledge of business process mapping and documentation
+ Experience with training material development
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Knowledge of security cooperation or defense acquisition processes
