Benefits include: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan with  * Paid time off  * Employee vehicle leasing program * Annual profit-sharing bonus * Paid professional training and development * Convenient, metro-accessible location Key Responsibilities * Develop accurate and efficient repair plans for each vehicle * Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and OEM guidelines * Manage the repair schedule effectively, ensuring timely completion of work * Communicate any repair supplements to customers and insurance providers promptly (same business day) * Stay current with industry innovations, tools, and repair procedures * Collaborate with management to continuously improve processes and outcomes * Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned to support team and business needs Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * DRP (Direct Repair Program) experience preferred * CCC One experience preferred * Outstanding customer service and communication skills * Strong basic computer proficiency * A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Solid math, reading, and comprehension skills * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and repair techniques * Experience operating diagnostic tools and electronic equipment * Valid driver’s license * Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and care of customer vehicles
