Friendly Acura is looking for an experienced part time Parts Counter Person. Must be able to work Saturdays!

Description of the role:

This position at Friendly Acura of Middletown entails assisting customers in finding and purchasing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a parts department and a strong understanding of different car parts and their functions.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles

+ Handle incoming parts inquiries and provide accurate information

+ Maintain inventory levels and order parts as needed

+ Process payments and maintain records of transactions

+ Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

+ Previous experience working in a parts department

+ Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work well in a team environment
