    Ferguson Distribution Center Warehouse Associate– 2nd Shift

     

    Richland, WA

     

    Join our team as a **Distribution Center Warehouse Associate** on 2nd Shift! We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to excel in a fast-paced environment and help us deliver excellence every day.

    Shift & Location:

    + 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Overtime may be required

    + Location: Richland Distribution Center

    Pay & Benefits:

    + **Starting pays:** $23.50 (base rate $22.00 plus $1.50 shift differential)

    + **Monthly performance incentive:** Potential to earn up to $5.50 extra per direct hour

    Qualifications:

    + Warehouse experience preferred but not required

    + Experience with material handling equipment or forklifts desired but not required

    + Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry, and lift

    + Comfortable standing/walking for up to 12 hours

    + Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet (for some equipment roles)

    + General computer and math skills

    Responsibilities:

    + Accurately sort, pick, label, and store product in assigned locations

    + Operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up order picker, reach truck, electric pallet jack, dock stocker, sit-down forklift)

    + Assemble containers and maintain organized supplies

    + Perform daily tasks using hand-held RF scanners or voice units

    + Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety

    + Communicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamwork

    + Participate in associate meetings and share feedback with management

    + Follow all standard operating procedures and adhere to OSHA standards and company policies
