    The Core Technologies team is looking to hire a Product Line Support Program Manager, who is responsible for leading the strategic activities for effective production and sustainment of the NSS product lines. The Product Line Support Program Manager will be the primary focal that coordinates activities among program management, supply chain, finance, engineering, and operations to optimize decision making around last time buys, product updates and respins, utilization of existing inventory, long term production decisions, and inventory management. The Product Line Support Program Manager will work broadly across multiple functions, product lines, and levels of leadership to drive strategic decision making. Responsibilities of the Product Line Support Program Manager include:

     

    + Champion for NSS Obsolescence (DMSMS) process internally and externally with supplier and customers

    + Collaborate with Supply chain and Engineering to identify Obsolescence risk and mitigating activities

    + Create reports, presentations, and business cases that facilitate decision making by program management on last time buys, bridge buys, and value engineering

    + Works with finance to help understand the current and long-term financial picture with respect to inventory and help make the best life cycle and financial decisions for the organization with respect to inventory management

    + Managing the last time buy and customer deliveries for PNT engines

    A successful Product Line Support Program Manager candidate will have the following attributes:

    + Strong judgement around making sound business decisions

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    + Collaborative and team driven work style

    + Detail oriented and data centric decision maker

    + Exceedingly curious and willing to drive process improvements

    + Comfortable in both utilizing various software tools as affinity toward automating workflows

    + Able to participate in basic technical conversations

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Bachelor's Degree

    + U.S Citizen or Green Card Holder

    + Project Management experience

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Experience working in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP system

    + Experience with DoD Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and Counterfeit Risk Management and Mitigation requirements and best practices

    + Experience with procurement

    + Experience with operations

    + Experience analyzing and presenting financial data

    + Experience with the hardware development process

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $118504 - $201457

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
