Ball-Chatham School District is looking for a compassionate and dedicatedRegistered Nurse (RN)to serve as a1-on-1 School Nursefor a student at Chatham Elementary School during the 2025-2026 academic year.

Compensation

+ Starting wage range:$32.00-$45.27 per hour, commensurate with experience

What You'll Do

+ Provideindividualized 1:1 careto the assigned student throughout the school day, including during transportation to and from school (if applicable)

+ Maintain accurate health records, documenting medical concerns and care administered

+ Serve as a resource for health education for the student, staff, and family

+ Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure consistent, quality care

Minimum Requirements

+ Current Illinois license as anRN

+ Ability to pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check and DCFS check

+ Strong understanding of pediatric medical care, child development, and common health concerns in school settings

+ Familiarity with public health practices and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
