35 Hour work week
Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $37,850

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
+ Approve and process participant budgets.
+ Obtain documentation to confirm eligibility prior to processing budgets.
+ Maintain program for producing budget reports.
+ Assist in both fiscal and program audits.
+ Address and resolve billing questions related to eligibility.
Education:
+ A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
+ Minimum of two years of experience with spreadsheet applications.
+ Strong mathematical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Able to work independently and with diverse populations and handle sensitive situations.
