    _We are searching for a Contract Recruiter for one of our clients in Fairfield County, CT. This position partners with the hiring manager to bring top talent to the organization. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across all business areas._

     

    **Pay:** $45.00/hr. - $50.00/hr.

    **Type:** 1 Year Contract

    **Location:** Fairfield County, CT

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee full-cycle recruiting across all business areas.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure successful outcomes. Provide regular updates on open positions.

    + Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

    + Act as the go-to resource for recruitment advice, best practices, and consultation.

    + Identify and manage candidates from job opening to offer acceptance, including screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.

    Requirements

    + Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a blended agency and corporate environment.

    + Previous experience recruiting for commercial roles.

    + Proficient in utilizing web-based recruiting tools such as social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

    + Skilled in managing multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

    + Bachelor's degree required.

    + Experience in a high-volume recruiting function is a plus.
