Salary: $22 / Hour

Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Weekly pay periods | Full-time & part-time opportunities

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Amergis Healthcare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians and Classroom Aides to support students in school environments. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, you’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve their behavioral and academic goals.

+ Support students in the classroom, playground, and other school environments

+ Implement behavior management strategies under the guidance of BCBAs and teachers

+ Assist with academic instruction and therapy plans (SLP, OT, PT)

+ Track progress and document sessions accurately

+ Help students build independence in daily living skills

+ Be a positive, consistent presence in a child’s school day

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Experience working with children (2+ years preferred)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ CPR certification and health screenings (as required)

+ Must be at least 18 years old and meet all local/state requirements
