Live-In Caregiver in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago | $230 Per Day| Weekly Pay Amada Senior Care Barrington is a dedicated home care agency providing compassionate and professional care to clients in their own homes. We specialize in delivering high-quality assistance with activities of daily living, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.  Job Description We are seeking caring and reliable Full-Time Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them with activities of daily life and promoting their overall well-being.   Availability: * 3-4 consecutive days in a week to stay at a client's home Key Responsibilities * Personal Care Assistance: Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care. * Heavy Lifting & Mobility Support: Safely assist with transfers, Hoyer lifts, wheelchair support, and ambulation. * Dementia Care: Manage behavioral challenges, provide redirection, and engage in memory-stimulating activities. * Couple’s Care: Balance caregiving duties for two clients with varying needs. * Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious meals following dietary restrictions. * Medication Reminders: Ensure timely medication administration. * Light Housekeeping: Laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean living space. * Transportation & Errands: Drive clients to appointments or run errands (must have reliable vehicle). Requirements: * Experience with heavy lifting, dementia care, and mobility assistance  * Ability to care for couples  * Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance  * Strong English communication skills  * Compassionate, patient, and dependable Qualifications: * Experience: Previous experience in home care or a similar role preferred. * Skills: Ability to submit documentation through mobile device  * Certification: CNA, HHA, or relevant certification is a plus.
