Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Welder with entry to intermediate-level experience to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a production or fabrication environment and be skilled in TIG welding of various metals, including aluminum and stainless steel. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals per project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up welding machines and select appropriate settings for materials and weld type
• Follow production schedules and meet established deadlines without compromising safety or quality
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure weld quality and conformance to standards
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality inspectors to resolve welding issues
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Proficiency in TIG welding; MIG and stick welding a plus
• Ability to weld thin-gauge materials with precision and minimal distortion
• Familiarity with weld inspection tools and techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• High school diploma or GED required; formal welding certification or technical training preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods

Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in aerospace, defense, marine, or industrial manufacturing
• AWS D17.1 or similar welding certifications (preferred, not required)
• Experience working in ISO 9001 or AS9100-certified facilities
