Specific responsibilities include:

+ Follow instructions given by the shop lead and follow production or service orders

+ Assemble parts and fittings into sub-assemblies and install using air, electric and hand tools.

+ Read illustrations, diagrams or schematics to determine how to assemble components.

+ Measure and mark dimensions of parts to ensure a tight fit and a quality product.

+ Adjust, repair, and re-work parts and assemblies to ensure proper operation.

+ Perform quality checks on assembled parts

+ Maintain company equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.

+ Attention to continuous improvement opportunities.

+ Follow all company and OSHA Safety regulations.

+ Other duties as assigned my team lead and or production supervisor

Qualifications/Experience:

• Follow instructions/Blueprints/production orders.

• Experience building equipment/machines from scratch.

• Extensive MIG welding experience, including building custom brackets..

• Maintain company equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.

• Follow all company and OSHA Safety regulations.

• Must be an energetic self starter and have a strong sense of urgency; and capable of following tasks through to completion.
