Elevate Your Imaging Career: Imaging Supervisor Opportunity in Beautiful Southwest Washington!

Are you a passionate and experienced Imaging professional ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive and mission-driven environment? PeaceHealth, a leading healthcare system, is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to join our team at Longview Radiology, an outpatient imaging clinic serving the vibrant communities of Kelso and Centralia, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to blend hands-on patient care with crucial administrative responsibilities, all while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.

About the Role: A Blend of Clinical Expertise and Leadership

This isn't your typical desk job; it's a dynamic "working supervisor" position where you'll spend three days a week utilizing your imaging skills, with a focus on MRI (CT experience is a plus!), and two days a week dedicated to supervisory duties. You'll be a vital part of our cozy clinic atmosphere, overseeing all imaging modalities and ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient experience.

As an Imaging Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in:

+ **Optimizing Services:** Monitoring technical imaging services, developing quality indicators, and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficient operations and excellent patient care.

+ **Leading with Impact:** Providing daily oversight of clinic workflow, patient schedules, and staffing to meet patient needs. You'll also play a key role in staff selection, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

+ **Ensuring Excellence:** Maintaining equipment quality, coordinating service, and ensuring compliance with all state regulatory and national accreditation standards, including evolving MRI and Radiation safety programs.

+ **Supporting Strategic Growth:** You’ll take an active leadership role in enhancing community access to outpatient imaging through the growth of current clinics and the planning and launch of future imaging sites, offering broad opportunities for professional growth and strategic impact.

+ **Collaborating for Success:** Working closely with another leader who supervises administrative staff, you'll be a strong partner in managing people, performing quality assurance, and enforcing policies and procedures. You'll also occasionally travel between our Kelso and Centralia locations (about once a month).

Compensation & Benefits: Invested in Your Well-being

PeaceHealth is committed to the holistic well-being of our caregivers. We offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package, recognizing your vital contributions. The salary range for this position is **$49.64 – $74.46 per hour,** with the hiring rate dependent on your education, training, and experience.

Your well-being is our priority, which is why we offer:

+ **Robust Health Coverage:** Low-cost full medical, dental, and vision insurance.

+ **Secure Your Future:** 403b retirement plan with employer base and matching contributions.

+ **Work-Life Balance** : Generous paid time off.

+ **Financial Protection** : Employer-paid life and disability insurance with additional buy-up options.

+ **Professional Growth:** Tuition and continuing education reimbursement to support your ongoing development.
