Senior Quality Inspector- Defense Electronics-Onsite

We have a rewarding opportunity to for a **_Senior Quality Inspector_** to join our team in **_Santa Clarita, CA!_**

As our Senior Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection of a variety of material and assemblies at receiving, in-process, and final inspection to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role combines hands-on inspection with a strong focus on driving quality improvements through collaboration and root cause thinking.

**Salary Range:** $22.64 - $30.14 per hour

Your Challenge:

Your Challenge:

+ Interpret purchase orders, work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure accurate inspections.

+ Use calibrated measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to verify parts.

+ Complete inspection reports.

+ Generate reports for non-conformances.

+ Recommend and implement improvements to inspection methods, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inspection.

What you Bring:

+ Minimum of 4 years’ experience in quality inspection in aerospace, defense, or heavily regulated manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ IPC-A-610 certification

+ Understanding of AS9100
