Job Description
Position Purpose
This position provides administrative leadership, direction, and oversight for the Non-Credit Division of Century College, including but not limited to short-term training programs, non-credit micro credentials and industry badges, contract and customized training, continuing education, and non-credit courses, programs, and certificates. Responsibilities include leadership for external outreach, partnerships, and workforce business development; leadership for non-credit program development, delivery, and evaluation; and oversight of non-credit programming, workforce, and contract training.
Position Responsibilities
+ Provide leadership for external outreach, partnerships, and workforce business development for the Non-Credit division.
+ Provide leadership and direction for Non-Credit program development, delivery, and evaluation, planning new programs, responding to workforce needs, building capacity with credit programs, and generating revenue.
+ Provide management responsibilities for Continuing Education/Customized Training services.
+ Perform College committee, community liaison, and institutional representation duties as assigned.
Salary Range:
$77,175 - $123,900 Annually

Minimum Qualifications
+ Master’s Degree.
+ Three (3) years of teaching experience in a higher education including curriculum design and redesign.
+ Knowledge of business/organizational development, assessments, and continuous improvement.
+ Outstanding organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively across all divisions of an organization, with specific strength in partnering with Academic Affairs.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and transform data into sound and actionable recommendations.
+ Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships and relationships across various stakeholder groups.
+ Experience in the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.
Preferred Qualification
+ Doctorate degree or specialized credentials.
+ Five (5) years of teaching experience in a higher education setting.
+ Knowledge of workforce and business market of Century College and/or Twin Cities northeast metro region.
+ Skills in resource development and fiscal practices.
+ Record of leading innovation and organizational change as it relates to curriculum, programs, and business/organizational development.
+ Ability to appropriately interpret and apply regulations of considerable complexity.
+ Senior level administrative and supervision skills.
