As a **Security Professional - Concierge - Full Time** in **Katonah, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, verifying credentials, and providing helpful information while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will monitor access to the building, respond to inquiries, and assist with security-related incidents as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and enjoy interacting with people in a professional environment. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site policies.

+ Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.

+ Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide information about building procedures.

+ Support Allied Universal and client staff in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the front desk area.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
