We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join our Hand/Foot/Ankle Department and help ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for our patients. As a key part of our clinic, you ll work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and staff to coordinate patient care, manage scheduling, and assist with essential administrative functions. Monitor and follow up on patient communications, voicemails, and medical records requests. Support clinic operations by handling correspondence, processing disability forms, and coordinating documentation. What We re Looking For: ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent (healthcare experience preferred, especially in orthopaedics) ✔ Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, physicians, and staff ✔ Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems ✔ A compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others ✔ Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a busy clinic setting Ready to Make an Impact?
