    JOB SUMMARY:

    As a Painter, you will be responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing products according to customer specifications and company standards. Your role will ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    + Experience in industrial or commercial painting preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate, along with occasional touch-up work.

    + Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Familiarity with safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE). This job involves repetitive tasks, so consistency and stamina are important.

    + Ability to follow written instructions and specifications. A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Someone who is self-motivated and takes initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision. Reliability and strong attendance are crucial for success in this role.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    + Safely perform all painting-related tasks while adhering to our safety program.

    + Review job specification sheets to determine the correct paint color and type.

    + Ensure products are properly washed, cleaned, and positioned in the paint booth before painting.

    + Prepare surfaces by applying filler, sanding, and masking off areas that should remain unpainted.

    + Verify that products have been inspected and approved by Quality Control before painting.
