Job Summary

+ SERB is delighted to present an outstanding opportunity for a Service Oiler in Haines, Alaska. This role is crafted for ambitious individuals driven by a passion for flawless service and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Main Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure flawless operation.

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and successfully implement repairs as needed, strictly following safety guidelines.

+ Maintain detailed service records and logs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

+ Collaborate with the team to determine maintenance priorities and schedule work to improve efficiency.

+ Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and fluid checks to ensure efficient vehicle performance.

+ Assist in ordering and managing inventory of necessary parts and supplies, ensuring seamless operations.

+ Stay up-to-date with industry standards by taking part in continuous training and development programs.

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a mechanic or service oiler, ideally in vehicle and equipment maintenance.

+ Outstanding attention to detail and a strong dedication to safety and environmental guidelines.

+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and complete projects within strict deadlines.

+ Must have a validCDL with a Hazmat endorsement.

+ Able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests.

+ Able to pass a Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

+ Work in various outdoor conditions.

+ Effective interpersonal skills and able to build cooperative working relationships with the team.
