Donut Fryer

The Market in the Square is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Bakery department as a donut fryer.

Responsibilities:

+ Measuring, mixing, cutting, and frying donuts according to recipes

+ Filling and finishing donuts as required

+ Stocking and cleaning displays as needed

+ Assisting customers on the phone and in person

+ Maintaining clean, safe and sanitary bakery area and equipment

+ Ensuring stocking and rotation of all bakery products and supplies

What We're Looking For:

+ Previous experience in a bakery is preferred

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Outgoing, friendly, neat and professional

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Excellent communication skills to ensure excellent customer service

Education and Work Experience:

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Qualifications:

+ Requirements:

+ Requires standing, walking, bending, and/or climbing throughout the entire workday

+ Repetitive arm and hand movements; bending, carrying, and lifting

+ Requires transferring product either horizontally or vertically of up to 50 pounds

+ Weekend, evening, and holiday work will be required; flexible hours

+ Frequently near hot grease and potentially extreme temperature conditions
