A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)
Our Gas Service Organization is looking for a highly
driven, self-motivated Finance Project Manager to join our team of CPMs in the
Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) Business! In this role, you will be
responsible for all commercial aspects and project financials (controlling,
reporting, and forecasting). You will work together with our project management
organization with the key objective of driving the projects according to our
contractual obligations, project management standards, and applicable financial
guidelines!
How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
+ Workin collaboration with project managers to provide commercial support forassigned projects according to defined guidelines and contractualagreements.
+ Responsiblefor project financials including monthly revenue recognition, financialplanning, risk and opportunity management, and optimizing profit marginsand cash flow.
+ Ensureachievement of contract requirements (e.g. performance guarantees,insurance, taxes, contractual, etc.) and compliance with IFRS guidelinesand FRGs.
+ Responsiblefor all financial project topics, including but not limited to Accounting,Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and NCM Model.
+ Deliverdetailed forecasts of the Projects Execution portfolio, encompassing keyperformance indicators across the P&L and Balance Sheet, andprepare/present project status reports to various levels of management.
+ Activelycollaborate with the broader Finance community to share and implementstandard processes, driving a digital transformation towards automationand data-driven decision making to improve AGT’s business performance andcompetitive position.
What You Bring (requirements)
+ Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience in Finance/ Business Administration/Accounting is required.
+ 5+years of professional experience in Business Administration or in Finance,preferably with experience in Project Management
+ Strongknowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, percentage of completion (PoC) accounting, andproficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
+ Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Proventrack record to multi-task, meet deadlines under pressure, and willingnessto travel up to 5%.
+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power
generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power
generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and
digitalization of the fleet.
