Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

+ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

+ Support multiple Recruiters and HR Business Partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

+ Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, draft offer letters, and initiate background checks.

+ Manage applicant flow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track progress, and ensure accurate records.

Candidates for the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

+ 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required.

+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt style to various audiences.

+ Must have a reliable internet/WiFi connection and be commutable to Framingham, MA (hybrid work model).

+ Flexibility to support occasional weekends or extended hours during peak periods.

**Pay Details:** $24.18 per hour
