Scraper Operator – WEEKLY PAY – Up to $28-30/Hour + $830 Weekly Per Diem

• **Location:** Omaha, NE (Travel Required)

• **Pay:** $25–$30/hour (Based on Experience)

• **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a **dependable and experienced Scraper Operator** to join our heavy equipment team. This role is critical in preparing job sites for final grading by operating CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers to cut to grade and level terrain efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate heavy equipment, specifically **CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers** and **Quadtrac Scrapers** .

+ Perform **cut-to-grade** operations and ensure terrain is evenly leveled.

+ Conduct **daily equipment inspections** (pre- and post-operation).

+ Promptly report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.

+ Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to site conduct standards.

+ Communicate clearly with team members and maintain situational awareness for safety.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum **2 years of experience** operating scrapers on commercial job sites.

+ Proficient in handling **CAT Challenger** and **Quadtrac** scraper equipment.

+ Experience in **civil construction, grading, and earthwork** preferred.

+ Strong commitment to **OSHA safety standards** and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
