District Manager – Empower Sales, Lead Leaders, Fuel Growth Location: Remote/Field-Based (Must travel a minimum of 3 days a week throughout the assigned district) Are you a confident, energetic leader with a passion for performance, people, and Pilates? We’re looking for a District Manager who’s ready to coach Studio Managers like a pro, drive sales like a boss, and build a culture that empowers everyone to live their best lives. What You’ll Do: This role isn’t just about oversight, it’s about ownership and accountability. As a District Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for the sales performance, leadership development, and culture of a group of high-performing studios. Your job? Drive revenue, develop leaders, and deliver results. You’ll focus on: * Hitting district KPIs across four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training * Leading Studio Managers through regular coaching, accountability check-ins, and leadership development * Setting sales and operational goals using data-driven insights (think: revenue, lead gen, conversion rates, utilization, and retention) * Developing top talent to build a strong leadership pipeline * Conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits on everything from retail inventory, lead contact timing, and employee and studio scheduling, to operational performance * Rolling up your sleeves for grassroots marketing, vendor relationships, and event strategy and execution * Running weekly leadership meetings and keeping your team aligned, accountable, and inspired What You Bring: * At least 12 months with Empowered Pilates + 6 months as a Studio Manager * Proven multi-unit management experience * Sales leadership chops – you know how to drive numbers and train others to do the same * A collaborative mindset and the ability to coach, lead, and inspire * Proficiency in using metrics and software (ClubReady, Excel, Google Suite) to analyze and improve performance * High accountability, professionalism, and self-management in a remote hybrid role * Passion for fitness and helping others reach their full potential — including your team! When working remotely, you’ll need a dedicated, quiet workspace with internet and phone access. You must be available for meetings and calls during standard business hours, with schedule transparency shared via our internal system.
