    Director of Regulatory Compliance (RN)

     

    Salary: $110,000–$120,000

     

    Sunnyside Nursing & Post-Acute Care is seeking a skilled Director of Regulatory Compliance to lead clinical compliance and survey readiness. This is a vital leadership role requiring deep regulatory expertise and strong collaboration with nursing leadership.

     

    Must have prior experience as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant DON, or Regulatory Compliance Director in a skilled nursing facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee regulatory compliance across all clinical departments

    • Ensure ongoing survey readiness and quality assurance

    • Guide DONs and nursing teams on interventions and regulatory expectations

    • Lead investigations into incidents and reportable events

    • Support audits, QAPI initiatives, and staff education

    Requirements

    • Active California RN license

    • Minimum 3 years of SNF experience as DON, ADON, or Regulatory Compliance Director

    • Strong knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) required

    • Expert understanding of Title 22, OBRA, and federal SNF regulations

    • Proven leadership and communication skills

     

    Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
