The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and advertising openings within the organization. The Recruiter aligns activities to meet company goals and strategic vision, while selecting the most qualified candidate for the opening.

Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
+ Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume review.
+ Conduct interviews via phone, video calling, or in-person.
+ Assist with the interview process by facilitating in-person/panel interviews.
+ Serve as contact person for questions from internal and external candidates.
+ Provide compelling information to candidates, ultimately attracting them to Rush Enterprises.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to learn location/department unique needs. Present qualified candidates that align with location/department goals.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers and other Human Resource staff during the offer process.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
+ Meet recruiting metrics as defined by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Basic Qualifications and Attributes:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, and/or human resources preferred.
+ Five years' experience in recruiting.
+ Five years' experience with an ATS. iCIMS experience is a huge plus.
+ Experience with vendor management & managing relationships with outside staffing firms.
+ Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
+ Independent with the ability to take initiative.
+ Excellent time management skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office.
+ Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruiting.
