Our Opportunity

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk - II to join our team. The ideal candidate will accurately and efficiently record and report shipping data in support of the Warehouse function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities

+ Maintains shipping records within the AS400 system through daily input.

+ Makes minor corrections, codes items, and maintains records of shipping and receiving documents processed.

+ Verifies shipping reports against control totals, reviews for accuracy, and distributes reports to the appropriate departments.

+ Informs departments of missing or incorrect shipping data.

+ Schedules daily shipments and transmits shipment totals to the customers electronically.

+ Investigates all vendor exceptions and communicates issues to management.

Requirements

Your Background

High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of prior data entry or office/clerical experience.

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
