Job Title

Technical Program Manager

What you will do:

+ Manage complex projects for product, compliance, and customer requests

+ Review, analyze, and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle

+ Track projects entering and leaving the release & report weekly state of the release to management and PMO

+ Facilitate daily calls to track testing issues and host client implementation review calls

+ Manage the Business Command Center (BCC) during a major release

+ Identify trends and provide updates on projects and teams potentially at risk for releases

What you will need to have:

+ 4+ years of previous project coordination, release management, or project management experience

+ 4+ years of experience in an Agile environment

+ 4+ years of experience with tools such as JIRA or MS Project

+ 2+ years of experience with the software development life cycle and release management process

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

+ Industry certifications

+ Big 4 consulting experience

+ Ability to effectively communicate amongst technical and non-technical teams

+ Work independently on releases with minimal direct supervision
