    Role and Responsibilities

    Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

    The role is a senior buyer position within the Indirect Procurement Department with a focus on IT/System Technology and Workplace Solutions fields.

     

    + Sourcing, negotiation, and working with internal customers and external vendors to reach mutually agreeable and cost-efficient business agreements.

    + Ability to successfully manage relationships both externally (with vendor, 3PL, etc.) and internally.

    + This role is more specific to project-based procurement that will facilitate contracts & agreements and at the same time working with end users to determine the best and most cost-efficient solutions for the company.

    + Manage and drive the contract management and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for procurement activities using Samsung systems.

    + Analyze and interpret financial data, solve problems, and make procedural decisions and/or judgements.

    + Assess value and product/service reliability relative to cost; plan, organize, and coordinate acquisition alternatives, as appropriate.

     

    Skills and Qualifications

    Here What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

    • 7+ years of related experience

    • CPM/CPSM/CPIM certification a plus

     

    The current base salary range for this role is between $88,637 and $150,923. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
