Role Overview:

Join our multidisciplinary team and contribute across the full product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

+ **Designing and simulating** analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for aerospace applications.

+ **Prototyping and testing** hardware from bench to aircraft.

+ **Collaborating on proposals and design reviews** with internal teams and customers.

+ **Leading EMI qualification testing** , including writing test plans and adhering to DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 standards.

+ **Working hands-on** with mechanical and manufacturing teams for seamless design integration.

+ **Driving continuous improvement** by sustaining and enhancing existing products.

Qualifications:

+ BSEE or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience.

+ Strong background in analog circuit design and switching mode power supplies.

+ Familiarity with aerospace standards like DO-160 or MIL-STD-461 is advantageous.

+ Proficient in troubleshooting, testing, and hands-on work with electronics.

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.

**Salary Range:** $70,000 - $120,000 annually, based on location, experience, and skills.
