We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring all products meet our quality requirements before they are released for use. This is a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills and contribute to the production of top-tier aerospace components within a dynamic and innovative environment.
What You’ll Do
+ Use and interpret work instructions and associated documents to verify conformity of products, ensuing every detail meets established polices and procedures.
+ Perform thorough final inspections of products to guarantee they meet all quality standards.
+ Ensure all assigned inspections are properly documented, with corresponding record, reports and form accurately completed to prior product release.
+ Create no conforming material reports when necessary and preform analysis, inspection, troubleshooting and testing on identified non-conforming products and components.
+ Maintain all inspection equipment, ensuring it is within calibration cycles and in optimal working condition.
+ Identify areas for improvement and actively participalte in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality.
+ Prepare accepted products for use by appropriately labeling and printing unique device identification labels as required.
What You Bring
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous quality experience of a minimum of 2 years.
+ Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team
+ Knowledge in all areas of inspection, including operation and maintenance of inspection equipment.
+ Experience in reading inspection processes and interpreting engineering drawings.
+ Experience in using gauges and inspection equipment.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
+ Experience with ISO9000 or AS9100 Quality Systems is a plus

Physical Demands *
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Requirements may also include climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching or crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation
$18.50/hr to $24.50/hr
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
