Job Title: Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Technician – OCONUS (Saudi Arabia)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Technician to join our team in an OCONUS location in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of nondestructive inspection techniques to detect and evaluate defects in aircraft structures and components, primarily on the F-15 airframe.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform X-Ray Inspection and accurately locate and identify defects

+ Conduct Dye Penetrant Inspection and identify surface discontinuities

+ Execute Eddy Current Inspection to detect surface and near-surface flaws

+ Perform Ultrasonic Inspection for internal defect detection

+ Conduct Magnetic Particle Inspection to identify surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities

+ Carry out Spectrometric Oil Analysis to monitor engine health and detect wear

+ Operate and maintain Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and Non-Powered AGE Equipment

+ Document maintenance records and maintain historical data files as required

+ Research, order, and receive parts and materials

+ Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to assigned trainees as needed

+ Utilize applicable test equipment in accordance with technical standards

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ 7-skill level on F-15 airframe

+ Strong knowledge of OJT training procedures and documentation

+ Proficient in interpreting Technical Orders, Maintenance Manuals, and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs)

+ In-depth understanding of X-Ray, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic, and Eddy Current inspection methods and procedures

+ Familiarity with X-Ray exposure limits and safety protocols

+ Knowledge of Spectrometric Oil Analysis policies and procedures

Work Environment:

This position is located in Saudi Arabia and requires the ability to work in an OCONUS environment. Candidates must be adaptable, culturally aware, and capable of working in a team-oriented, mission-driven setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $104712.00 - $104712.00/yr.

30 sick days, 12 holidays and $400 per month food and travel allowance

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Irvine,CA.
